Our business is all about finding and sharing the best possible food with you. It’s therefore well overdue that we offer our customers a greater insight into the provenance and skills involved in the creation of these foods.

We often run bespoke cheese evenings for private groups up to about 40 people, giving your business meeting or gathering of friends a different flavour. During 2012 we expect to announce a number of ticketed cheese events that will involve key members from the artisan cheese world – very exciting!!


Cambridge Cookery School

2011 saw us joining forces with Chef, Tine Roach and her team at the fantastic Cambridge Cookery School to bring a variety of meat Master Classes. Our head butcher, Miles Nicholas, demonstrates and hosts hands on classes covering a specific meat. Pick up recipes and tips on cooking your cut from Tine and then sit down to a slow-cooked joint with matching wine.

All classes run from 7-9.30pm. £95 per person, includes meal and wine.
